Adams Avenue Book Store Sale & Author Signing This Saturday!
Saturday evening (around 6:15, after the bookstore closes) meet local author Richard Platt at the book release party for his new novel As One Devil to Another: A Fiendish Correspondence in the Tradition of C.S. Lewis' The Screwtape Letters. Rich also saw the hugely successful premiere of his play Ripples from Walden Pond: An Evening with Henry David Thoreau in April at Cygnet Theatre, and he is a contributor to Slightly Foxed, a unique literary journal that shines new light on worthy books - regardless of their current market status. The author will sign copies of his novel, which will be available the day of the event at 20% off the list price.
We're also hosting our Spring Open House & Sale this weekend, so come early to take advantage of the 20% discount off every book in the store. Coffee, punch and light refreshments will be served.
