5:00 – 5:45 PM – Yoga with Pilgrimage of the Heart Yoga
6:00 – 6:45 PM – Qi Gong & Meditation with Red Lotus Society
7:00 – 7:45 – Community Drumming for Wellness with Resounding Joy, Inc.
(No musical experience necessary)
Special Bonus – 8 PM – Salsa Class (Free with Paid admission!) followed by dancing till 12 midnight!
