Adams Ave Street Fair and Visual Art side show

Sept. 25th, Visual Art Supply will be hosting "ARTSLAM" outside and inside the store at 3524 Adams ave. 10 plus artists will be displaying and selling their goods from 10-6pm. Work includes painting, silkscreening, photography and wearables. come and see what Visual and the local artists are up to.

Come on down to Ken Cafe this Tuesday evening at 8pm for Movie Night. This weeks feature film is 'Finding Nemo'-a super funny film for everyone!! We will be serving Beer & Wine Specials all evening! Next weeks feature film is "Splash" with Tom Hanks and Darryl Hannah....remember that one?? If you cant make it down for movie night, Sunday Sept. 19th at 6:30pm is Open Mic Night. Coastal Clean Up Day in Normal Heights Canyons

Reminder - the next meeting of the Friends of Normal Heights Canyons is (our regular odd month canyon maintenance/meeting) this Saturday, September 11, 10:00am - 11:30, meet at the end of Eugene Place.

Please pass it on to your family/friends/neighbors - Coastal Clean Up Day in Normal Heights Canyons - Saturday, September 25, 9:00am - noon, meet at the end of Eugene Place (flyer attached). We'll plant some new native plants to fill in spots in Restoration sites 1-3, along with pulling out weeds/invasive plants, and trash pick up, so we can use lots of volunteers. Hope to see you there!
